Jan's Poetic Collection

When I'm alone,
Besides me there's none,
I search for togetherness,
Someone who can break my loneliness,
And the one whom I find next to me,
Is the bunch of our memories.
Memories of days we spent together,
Now, when you're away,
Your thoughts are all that accompany me,
Though the nights and days,
The separation is very painful,
Each moment seems like a year,
And time seems to have stopped forever.
My eyes are still open,
For it has your image in them,
I can still breathe,
As in my heart there's your beat,
Else I could not have survived,
Without you by my side,
Wherever you're, doing whatever you like,
Hope you'll hear my heart's call
And come running to me leaving your all.
